Brew time : 10 minutes
Grind size : course
Water temp : 94 degrees
Pour water over coffee grounds and stir.
Wait 4 minutes.
Stir the grounds a bit, breaking through the crust that is created.
Scoop the foam.
Wait another 1 minute.
Plunge the filter.
Pour and ENJOY!

Pour water over coffee grounds and stir.
